Today, we'll depart from our hotel between approximately 06:00 and 06:30 hrs to maximize our day, setting off on an exhilarating journey through some of the most breathtaking and varied landscapes you have ever encountered.
Upon leaving San Pedro, we'll begin our ascent to an altitude of around 4,000 meters above sea level, where we'll encounter the striking Piedras Rojas, a geological formation featuring intensely red rocks nestled in the heart of the altiplano. We'll continue our climb to nearly 4,200 meters above sea level to visit the Miscanti and Miñiques Altiplanic Lagoons, stunning high-altitude sister lagoons located within the Los Flamencos National Reserve.
